Thank you for volunteering at Christ the Victor’s annual Trunk or Treat! This free, safe, and family-friendly community event will include trunk-or-treating, carnival-style games, prizes, a bounce house, vendors, and plenty of fall fun.

Our volunteers are essential to making this event possible! Volunteers should arrive at 3:30 PM to help prepare the event area and ensure everything is ready when the gates open promptly at 4:30 PM.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers may be asked to help with:

Setting up tables, games, signs, decorations, and event areas
Welcoming and directing families
Assisting with check-in
Running carnival-style games
Distributing tickets or prizes
Monitoring the bounce house or other activity areas
Refilling candy for participating trunks
Assisting vendors and trunk participants
Helping with cleanup after the event

Specific assignments and additional instructions will be provided before the event. Please come ready to serve wherever help is most needed!

Cleanup: Begins promptly at 6:30 PM

Whenever possible, we ask volunteers to remain through cleanup so we can quickly restore the church grounds after the event.
