Vendor Sign up - Christ the Victor Trunk or Treat
Date & Time: Saturday, October 25, 2025 | 5:00–7:00 PM
Location: Christ the Victor Lutheran Church
6173 E. Arizona Farms Road, Florence, AZ 85132
Thank you for your interest in being part of our Trunk or Treat Festival at Christ the Victor! This exciting community event is a FREE, safe, and family-friendly way to trick-or-treat. Costumed children will walk through our gated event area to collect candy from sponsor vendors and creatively decorated trunks.
Vendor Participation
Vendors are encouraged to decorate their vehicles, bring tables and displays, and share handouts, flyers, giveaways, and—of course—candy! (We’ll provide the candy supply, but you’re welcome to add your own flair.)
Please note: tables, chairs, water, and tents are not provided.
Registration Fee
All vendors are required to submit a $25 donation to register.
Every dollar collected goes directly back into supporting and enhancing the event.
Setup & Cleanup
Setup: 4:00–4:45 PM (must be ready by 5:00 PM)
Event Time: 5:00–7:00 PM
Cleanup: Begins promptly at 7:00 PM
A confirmation email—including your vehicle placement—will be sent a few days prior to the event.
