Vendor Sign-Up — Christ the Victor Trunk or Treat

Vendor Setup: 3:30–4:30 PM
Location: Christ the Victor Lutheran Church

Thank you for your interest in participating in Christ the Victor’s annual Trunk or Treat! This free, safe, and family-friendly community event welcomes children and families for trunk-or-treating, carnival-style games, prizes, a bounce house, vendors, and plenty of fall fun.
The event begins promptly at 4:30 PM, so all vendors must be completely set up and ready to welcome guests by that time.
Vendor Participation
Vendors are encouraged to decorate their space or vehicle and may bring tables, displays, business information, handouts, promotional items, giveaways, and candy.
Christ the Victor will provide candy for participating trunks, but vendors are welcome to bring additional candy or giveaways if desired.
Please note that tables, chairs, tents, and water will not be provided. Vendors are responsible for bringing everything needed for their space.
Registration Fee
A $25 donation is required to reserve your vendor space. Every dollar collected goes directly toward supporting and enhancing this free community event.
Setup and Cleanup
Vendor Setup: 3:30–4:30 PM
Event Begins Promptly: 4:30 PM
Event Ends: 6:30 PM
Cleanup: Begins promptly at 6:30 PM
A confirmation email with additional instructions, including your assigned placement, will be sent a few days before the event.
